Clean USA Water Mold & Fire in the Chicagoland area is seeking an In-Home Sales Consultant, Water Damage. This hybrid role starts from your home, then you head to appointments across Chicagoland in our company vehicle, with a single Sycamore office day each week for the sales meeting.

You will inspect, scope and present solutions, close with a 65%+ rate on leads, and hand a clean scope to production. Expect a base of about $63k plus uncapped commissions and growth opportunities.

Formación

• In-home or direct sales experience with a record of closing.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Available for on-call rotation including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Run 4–5 in-home inspections daily using the 7-step sales process.
• Close 55% or more of assigned leads; 65%+ for top performers.
• Maintain average sold job of $4,000–$5,500.
• Sell $1.3M–$1.8M annually when fully up to speed.
• Gather claim details: insurance agent, adjuster, claim number, deductible, plumber.
• Sketch, scope, photograph and document each job; finish Dash tasks on time.
• Cover leads on scheduled days; participate in on-call rotation and storm surges.
