Job summary

Motus is a leading provider of mobile workforce solutions, helping organizations manage vehicle, device, and location costs with integrated compliance and reimbursement tools. The Implementation Specialist will drive client implementations end-to-end, collaborating with administrators to C-level executives, and coordinating cross-functional teams across Motus departments.

You will manage multiple projects, ensuring success metrics and milestones are met.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience implementing and/or supporting clients in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Outstanding communication skills in verbal, listening, and written capacities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to set clear expectations and establish effective relationships with both clients and internal partners.
• Ability to lead multiple implementations under tight time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert knowledge on Motus products, services, and standard processes to prospective and new clients.
• Lead client kickoff calls to define and provide consultation on program parameters.
• Initiate ongoing communications and follow-ups to ensure client program objectives are met.
• Manage at least 25 active implementations concurrently.
• Set up project plans, report status, and identify risks.
