Job summary

PAR Technology Corporation is seeking an Implementation Technician to configure and train customers on the +Recovery and Delivery products within PAR OPS Insights & Delivery (I&D). You will work with customers to set up, validate configurations, and troubleshoot using various tools, then transition to ongoing monitoring and support roles.

The role emphasizes remote collaboration with clients across multiple states, with a focus on delivering high-quality setup and training, maintaining tracking

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of customer service experience or equivalent.
• Experience supporting or implementing software products for external customers preferred.
• Comfortable working with technical tools and troubleshooting methods, including SQL queries.

Responsibilities

• Walk customers through setup of +Recovery and Delivery Operations via Teams, phone or email.
• Complete final configuration and validation steps to ensure full setup.
• Monitor progress and follow up as needed.
• Train customers on accessing and using +Recovery and Delivery products.
• Maintain tracking systems (spreadsheets, Salesforce, or Cloud Coach).
• Coordinate handoffs for Delivery Finance customers to the Product team.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues using SQL and other tools.
• Provide feedback on process improvements.
• Assist with special projects or additional customer setups as needed.
