Job summary

govSlackers is seeking an Implementation Consultant to bridge business strategy and technology, translating operational needs into innovative Slack-based solutions. You will partner directly with customers, guiding them to rethink workflows and leverage a modern work platform for tangible business outcomes.

This remote role (with travel up to 30%) reports to the CEO and offers a salary range of $120,000 to $165,000 per year, plus bonus.

Qualifications

Consulting and client-facing delivery experience.
Ability to translate business needs into Slack-based implementations.
Experience with government or public-sector clients.
Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

Understand customer goals, pain points, and workflow challenges.
Design and build Slack-based solutions addressing real business problems, not just technical requirements.
Translate requirements into practical implementation plans with cross-functional teams.
Define and track measurable success criteria for each engagement.
Stay current on the Slack/Salesforce ecosystem and bring innovations to customer engagements.
Build trusted, long-term relationships with customers beyond a single project.
