Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience.
• Experience selling biologics to specialty physicians in rare disease areas preferred.
• Valid motor vehicle operator's license. Local travel required, overnight stays may vary by region.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed territory sales plan and expense goals by executing territory-specific strategies.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians and opinion leaders.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and disease states.
• Develop a Territory Business Plan and call schedules to meet or exceed goals.
• Implement special programs (speakers' bureau, symposia) to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and complete administrative tasks timely.
