CGS Immersive is hiring a Virtual Instructor for Immunohematology Testing in a fully remote role across the United States. The instructor will deliver engaging online courses for a biomedical organization, using advanced virtual platforms and mixed reality to enhance learning outcomes.

Applicants should have 5–10 years in donor and patient immunohematology, MLS and SBB credentials, and strong experience with LMS, video conferencing, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in immunohematology or donor/patient testing roles.
• MLS credential and SBB certification.
• Proven track record in virtual/online instruction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver synchronous and asynchronous virtual instruction.
• Use multimedia tools and XR to enhance learning.
• Adapt teaching to diverse learner needs and styles.
• Provide clear explanations and foster participation.
• Assess learner progress and provide feedback.
• Maintain professional online presence and respond to inquiries.
