CGS Immersive is seeking a Virtual Instructor to deliver Immunohematology testing content to learners across the United States. The role emphasizes engaging online teaching, using diverse media and XR technologies, and tailoring delivery to varied learner needs.

You will collaborate with instructional designers and technology teams to ensure high-quality virtual learning experiences, with strong emphasis on timely feedback, assessment, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of biomedical industry experience, a bachelor's degree, or post-secondary training in donor and patient immunohematology testing.
• Credentialed as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) and certified as a Specialist in Blood Banking Technology (SBB).
• Knowledge of blood banking and biomedical product manufacturing (RBC, plasma, platelet, cryoprecipitate).
• Proven experience in virtual or online instruction, showcasing expertise in creating engaging and effective learning environments.
• A strong command of virtual classroom technologies, video conferencing tools, learning management systems (LMS), and multimedia resources.
• Moderate proficiency in the use of LMS to document training; Microsoft Excel to collect structured data; MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS OneNote, and MS SharePoint.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• A demonstrated ability to adapt instructional strategies for diverse learners and create inclusive learning experiences.
• A patient, approachable, and supportive attitude toward learners, promoting a positive and collaborative learning atmosphere.
