HireHawk Inc. is seeking an Immigration Paralegal to support employment- and family-based immigration matters for a remote U.S.-based practice. You will work with an attorney to gather information, prepare filings, and ensure accuracy before submission.

You will handle DS-160/DS-260, build organized case packages, draft letters, and review evidence for completeness. Proficiency with Serenade software and strong written English are required.

Formación

• 1–2+ years of hands-on experience supporting U.S. immigration matters (Canada a plus).
• Experience preparing DS-160 and DS-260 forms.
• Proficiency with Serenade immigration software is required.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. nonimmigrant visa categories (B1/B2, E-2, L-1, O-1, H-1B, etc.).
• Experience assembling employment-based and family-based immigration filings.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare complete employment-based and family-based immigration case files for attorney review and filing.
• Complete and review DS-160 and DS-260 applications accurately using client information.
• Build organized, review-ready case packages to minimize attorney rework.
• Generate immigration case documents using Serenade software.
• Draft supporting letters and documents using templates and workflows.
• Review supporting evidence for completeness and consistency with requirements.
• Identify and resolve DS-160 issues (corrections, updates, consular requirements).
• Organize and maintain records in OneDrive or similar shared drives.
• Track case preparation progress and maintain reliable workflows for timely filings.
