Klasko Immigration Law Partners is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support two full-time litigators handling immigration court and federal district court matters across the United States. The role manages intake through final filing, deadlines, and communications to keep matters moving efficiently.

The position offers remote or hybrid work options with consideration for our Philadelphia, New York City, or Washington, DC offices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related litigation paralegal experience, immigration or federal litigation preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and EOIR practice and procedure.
• Proficiency with CM/ECF, PACER, and EOIR's ECAS filing systems.
• Exceptional organizational and case-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, file pleadings, motions, briefs, and exhibits in federal district court via CM/ECF and in immigration court via EOIR ECAS.
• Draft correspondence to clients, opposing counsel, and government agencies.
• Support attorneys' preparation of federal litigation matters, including mandamus actions and APA challenges.
• Monitor and calendar deadlines and hearing/trial dates per FRCP and EOIR rules.
• Prepare, coordinate, and organize summonses, service of process, discovery materials, and hearing/trial binders.
• Maintain organized case files and version control of documents.
• Keep clients organized by maintaining files and inputting information into case management systems.
• Provide status reports and reminders to attorneys and paralegals for effective case management.
