Job summary

Klasko Immigration Law Partners, LLP seeks a Litigation Paralegal to support two full-time attorneys handling immigration court and federal cases nationwide. This role entails case coordination from intake to final filing, calendar management, and preparation of pleadings and documents.

Remote or hybrid work is available from our Philadelphia, New York, or Washington, DC offices. Flexible schedule 9:30 AM–5:30 PM EST or 10:00 AM–6:00 PM EST; candidates should have 3+ years of related litigation

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related litigation paralegal experience.
• Experience with immigration court (EOIR) proceedings and/or federal district court litigation is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with CM/ECF, PACER, and EOIR's ECAS system.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, format, and file pleadings, motions, briefs, and exhibits in federal district court via CM/ECF and in immigration court via ECAS (EOIR).
• Draft correspondence to clients, opposing counsel, and government agencies about case status and deadlines.
• Monitor and calendar all filing deadlines and hearing/trial dates per the Federal Rules and EOIR Practice Manual.
• Organize summonses, service of process, discovery materials, and hearing/trial binders; assist with logistics.
