Adams & Martin Group seeks an Immigration Compliance Attorney Consultant to support a review of its international contractor population. This remote engagement will assess immigration risks, review contractor agreements, and advise on compliant engagement strategies for foreign nationals.

The candidate should hold an active U.S. law license with 3+ years in-house immigration experience (5+ preferred) and provide practical written guidance for ongoing compliance efforts.

Qualifications

• Active law license in the state where practicing.
• 3+ years of in-house/corporate immigration law experience; 5+ years preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration law, work authorization requirements, contractor compliance, and temporary visa categories (ESTA, B-1).
• Experience advising employers on immigration compliance and workforce risk management.

Responsibilities

• Triage existing immigration matters and identify compliance concerns.
• Evaluate the use of ESTA, B-1, and other applicable immigration pathways.
• Review contractor agreements and engagement structures for potential risk.
• Identify legal and operational exposure related to foreign national engagements.
• Develop recommendations to address issues and prevent recurrence.
• Deliver practical written guidance for leadership and ongoing compliance efforts.
