Qualifications

• Active law license in the state where practicing.
• 3+ years of in-house/corporate immigration law experience; 5+ years preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration law, work authorization requirements, contractor compliance, and temporary visa categories (ESTA, B-1).
• Experience advising employers on immigration compliance and workforce risk management.

Responsibilities

The organization engages non-U.S. citizen independent contractors and is seeking an experienced advisor to identify risks, address existing concerns, and provide practical recommendations moving forward.
