You will intake visa cases, prepare petitions, coordinate with attorneys and clients, maintain case inventories, and generate concise reports. A detail-oriented, confidential, and collaborative professional is essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree and/or 1 to 3 years of industry/sector experience.
• Strong internet research, writing, data analysis, attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Advanced presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools; including Excel, Word, and Adobe Pro.
• Knowledge of web-based conference tools and software for presenting work.

Responsibilities

• Intake of visa cases from multiple clients and preparation of petitions.
• Prepare and file employment-based non-immigrant and immigrant petitions (H-1B, L-1A/B, etc.).
• Collect information from candidates and entities for evaluation and petition preparation.
• Prepare data for reporting and concise summary reports with case managers.
• Monitor inventory of case work and coordinate with clients for interactions.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to non-disclosure requirements.
