Job summary

enGen is seeking an Imaging Systems Administrator to ensure optimal performance, integrity, and compliance of medical imaging systems and interfaces across the healthcare environment. You will support clinical workflows, image viewing, and data exchange to enable accurate interpretation and seamless interoperability.

The role encompasses project management, vendor relations, policy development, QA, and collaboration with EMR, RIS, PACS, DICOM, and HL7 standards teams to optimize imaging

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in medical imaging systems administration or PACS preferred.
• Lean/Six Sigma knowledge beneficial.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Image management, system optimization, and ensuring optimal viewing/interpretation of medical images.
• Project management and development support, including lifecycle documents and training materials.
• Stakeholder engagement and clear communication regarding downtime, upgrades, and workflow changes.
• Information technology support for imaging applications, vendor management, and data retrieval for KPIs/audits.
• Quality assurance and compliance throughout project lifecycle, including testing and documentation.
