Job summary

Arthrex, Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager for Imaging & Resection to lead product sales across the Mid-Atlantic states, based in Columbus, OH.

The role focuses on Imaging, OR integration, and resections, with remote work possible for qualified locations and up to 75% travel. You will drive sales strategy, launch new products, collaborate with agencies and internal teams, and mentor the sales force to achieve regional objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 7+ years of related experience in endoscopy and/or arthroscopy and/or power instruments.
• Minimum of 7 years of sales experience with related orthopedic products.
• Willing to work with cadaver specimens.
• Knowledge of surgical endoscopy and related products; experience with finance programs.

Responsibilities

• Implement sales strategy for agency Capital Equipment and Consumables business.
• Ensure agencies are properly structured to maximize growth and competency of product line.
• Collaborate regularly with Arthrex Regional Management team to achieve organizational objectives across product portfolio.
• Launch Imaging and Resection new products within region.
• Present Synergy imaging and resection products at high level meetings; communicate HIPAA compliance, integration, and networking capabilities.
• Govern Imaging & Resection product pricing structure and qualifying discounts as they relate to product bundling.
• Assist representatives with trialing and closing activities at key accounts and report back to agencies on sales readiness.
• Creatively build custom solutions to maximize opportunity and business impact.
• Communicate agency focus and structure to North American Director of Sales I&R, Regional Director, Senior Director of Sales East/West, and VP of Sales.
• Communicate product performance to product management and North American Director of Sales; recommend product line enhancements.
• Collect key competitive information to drive sales effectiveness and product development direction.
• Coach, teach and direct agency personnel via calls, virtual meetings and visits on products/sales strategy/competitive info.
• Travel up to 75% of the time.
