micro1 is seeking an Imagery Analyst to support AI/ML training data using remote, US-based work. You will review drone and maritime imagery, refine bounding boxes, and annotate images per strict guidelines. No prior AI experience is required; domain knowledge in imagery, labeling, and data preparation is valued as the project scales to video annotation in later phases.

Qualifications

• Experience with data labeling and bounding box annotation.
• Comfort with drone, maritime, or sensor imagery.
• Ability to perform high-volume, accuracy-critical annotation tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication for reporting labeling guidelines.
• U.S. citizenship and willingness to obtain CAC sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Review and refine machine-generated bounding boxes for drone/maritime imagery.
• Identify objects missed by AI models.
• Label data with consistency per provided guidelines.
• Deliver annotated images within a secure Navy environment.
• Maintain steady throughput with pay-per-image compensation.
• Transition to video frame annotation as the project expands.
• Document ambiguous cases and communicate guidelines clearly.
