Crossing Hurdles is seeking an Imagery Analyst - AI/ML Training Data to review and refine machine-generated bounding boxes for still imagery from drone and maritime sensors, and to label data with consistent guidelines in a secure Navy environment.

The role is remote as a contractor (part-time or full-time), with compensation based on image submissions and potential expansion to video-frame annotation as the project grows. Strong attention to detail and experience in data labeling are required.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail in repetitive, accuracy-critical labeling tasks.
• Experience with data labeling, bounding box annotation, or similar prep work.
• Familiarity with aerial, maritime, or sensor imagery, daylight/thermal formats.
• Proven record in high-volume, quality-controlled annotation environments.
• Comfort using labeling software and willingness to learn new tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication for reporting labeling rules.

Responsibilities

• Review and refine machine-generated bounding boxes for accuracy on imagery.
