You will gain hands-on experience with image classification, quality control, reporting, and operations analytics while collaborating with distributed teams to improve labeling guidance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent education and experience.
• At least one year of data labeling or quality assurance experience.
• Experience following documented procedures and repetitive tasks.
• Strong visual attention to detail with consistent classification.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, trackers, and work queues.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Clear written communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and classify screen and back-of-device images using approved labels.
• Apply classifications consistently across categories.
• Review image metadata before assigning a classification.
• Reclassify images when quality reviews indicate errors.
• Record notes for ambiguous images and escalate unresolved cases.
• Perform quality spot-checks and second-pass reviews.
• Track daily labeling volume and throughput against goals.
• Maintain trackers, logs, and labeling guidance.
• Support ad hoc data pulls, reporting, and process-improvement activities.
