Job summary

Assurant, Inc. is seeking a Digital Imaging Specialist to support labeling, classification, and quality control of image data for Diagnostics.

You will review device images, apply standard categories, verify classifications, monitor throughput, and maintain notes and trackers to understand progress and quality. This remote, execution-focused role operates through established procedures and escalation paths.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent education and experience.
• At least 1 year in data labeling, data entry, or quality assurance.
• Experience following documented procedures and completing repetitive tasks accurately.
• Proficient with spreadsheets, trackers, and work queues.

Responsibilities

• Review and classify images using approved categories and guidance.
• Apply consistent classifications across Hand, Partial, Obstruction, Not Device, and other labels.
• Record notes for ambiguous images and escalate unresolved cases.
• Perform quality spot-checks and second-pass reviews.
• Maintain trackers, logs, and status records for labeling work.
• Monitor daily labeling volume and throughput against goals.
• Identify data-quality issues and suggest improvements to procedures.
• Collaborate with distributed teams in a remote environment.
