Backpack Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist for remote telehealth in Illinois. The role supports families and youth with trauma-informed care, offering both English and Spanish services.

Part-time or full-time hours are available, with a flexible schedule including weekday evenings. Clinicians manage 15–36 sessions weekly, document in our EHR, and collaborate with PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and the team to deliver culturally responsive care.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish fluency strongly preferred.
• Active Illinois license: LPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW.
• Experience with children, adolescents, and families.

Responsabilités

• Provide telehealth therapy with a caseload of 15–36 sessions per week.
• Develop client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and document in EHR.
• Provide family education and care coordination.
