Qualifications

• 10+ years of data integration and production support experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
• Experience monitoring and troubleshooting IICS jobs, mappings, mapping tasks, taskflows, and schedules.
• Strong understanding of production support processes, incident management, and root cause analysis.
• Experience troubleshooting Secure Agent, connectivity, database, API, and data integration issues.
• Experience supporting integrations across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Knowledge of production deployments, job recovery, emergency fixes, and change management.
• Experience managing SLAs, operational KPIs, and support documentation.
• Strong communication and coordination skills for working with distributed teams.
• Ability to work independently in a remote production support environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead production support for IICS, ensuring stability and availability of data integration jobs and pipelines.
• Monitor and manage IICS jobs, mappings, mapping tasks, taskflows, and schedules.
• Troubleshoot job failures, performance bottlenecks, and data integration issues.
• Own incident management, root cause analysis, and SLA compliance.
• Diagnose and resolve Secure Agent, connectivity, database, API, and data integration issues.
• Coordinate with offshore and on-site teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Manage production deployments, emergency fixes, and change management activities.
• Prepare operational reports and track support KPIs.
• Identify opportunities for automation and proactive monitoring.
• Ensure production support processes follow SLAs and standards.
