Job summary

Adastra Resource Group is seeking an experienced IFS Systems Administrator to manage the IFS ERP environment and related enterprise applications. The role focuses on administration, upgrades, cloud migrations, security, reporting, and integrations while driving continuous improvements across the platform.

You will own the entire IFS ERP environment, lead the migration from on-prem to IFS Cloud, and collaborate with IT leadership to shape future architecture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IFS ERP systems administration experience.
• Experience with IFS Cloud, upgrades, and cloud migrations.
• Strong knowledge of IFS security, system configuration, SQL reporting, and integrations.
• Experience with APIs, middleware, and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the IFS ERP environment and related applications.
• Manage user security, permissions, system configuration, patches, and upgrades.
• Support IFS upgrades, cloud migrations, testing, and post-go-live activities.
• Develop and maintain system integrations and SQL-based reporting.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance.
• Provide end-user support, documentation, training, and collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors.
