Job summary

Pansoft Technologies is seeking an experienced Technical Architect to lead IAM/IGA modernization for a US-based higher education client. Remote work within the United States, 12+ month engagement, with design, integration and deployment responsibilities.

You will architect enterprise IAM solutions using Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory, drive Workday-to-Entra provisioning, build RBAC/SoD governance, manage JML processes and ensure secure SSO, SCIM, SAML, OIDC integrations across systems

Qualifications

12+ years of enterprise IT architecture or security experience.
8+ years of IAM/IGA architecture experience.
Experience leading 3+ RBAC/IGA modernization implementations.
Active Microsoft SC-300 certification – Mandatory.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory and Workday.
Knowledge of PeopleSoft identity integrations and dependencies.
Strong understanding of RBAC, JML, access governance and SoD.
Experience with SCIM, SAML, OIDC, SSO and API integrations.
Proven experience leading technical teams and end-to-end implementations.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise IAM, IGA and RBAC architecture and modernization.
Design identity and access management solutions using Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory.
Drive Workday-to-Entra ID identity provisioning and synchronization.
Design RBAC frameworks, role engineering and access governance.
Lead Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML), provisioning and deprovisioning automation.
Oversee SSO, SCIM, SAML, OIDC and API integrations.
Assess PeopleSoft identity dependencies and migration requirements.
Lead technical design, configuration, testing and production deployment.
