Job summary

Mitchell International, Inc. is seeking a Senior Information Systems Engineer IGA for a fully remote role anywhere in the U.S.

You will lead Identity Governance and Administration initiatives, manage joiner/mover/leaver workflows, and enforce RBAC and entitlement governance across cloud and on‑prem environments. The role requires 5+ years in IAM with Active Directory/Entra ID, PowerShell scripting, and experience across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Identity and Access Management.
• 5+ years of experience with IAM solutions (PAM, ILM, IGM, etc.).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• 5+ years in networking, firewall, server and cloud technologies.
• 5+ years of PowerShell scripting experience.
• Experience in complex enterprises with diverse authentication/authorization requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify improvements to maximize colleague experience.
• Maintain security requirements, compliance controls, and risk reviews.
• Lead integrations for acquisitions, consolidations, or divestitures.
• Support operational initiatives, incident management and problem resolution.
• Lead administration of the Identity Governance and Administration platform.
• Design and maintain Joiner/Leaver lifecycle processes and RBAC frameworks.
• Coordinate access certifications, attestations, and reviews.
• Collaborate with Security, HR, Compliance and stakeholders on access governance.
