Job summary

Empower LLC is seeking a Retirement Plan Counselor to deliver on-site and virtual education and enrollment presentations to Government 457 plan participants across Idaho. You will leverage our technology to drive enrollments, deferrals, and rollovers while working with the Relationship Management team and key stakeholders within your territory.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 2–4 years in financial services, strong presentation skills, and FINRA Series 6 and 63

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2–4 years in financial services
• Strong presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
• Strong relationship building and territory management skills
• FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 registrations within established timelines
• FINRA fingerprinting required
• Salesforce knowledge preferred
• Ability to calculate figures (percentages, fractions)
• Strategic thinker who can work independently
• Basic knowledge of defined contribution plans

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site and virtual education sessions for plan participants
• Drive enrollments, deferrals, and rollovers
• Build relationships with plan sponsors and internal stakeholders
• Manage meeting schedules and travel arrangements
• Provide feedback on communication materials and strategies
• Attend client meetings with service teams
• Travel within Idaho as required
