Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is recruiting an ICAM Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of Identity Governance & Administration initiatives within a large enterprise environment. The role supports the DoD ICAM mission by ensuring IGA capabilities are delivered on schedule, aligned to mission needs, and integrated across enterprise identity services.

This is a fully remote position with responsibilities spanning multi-team delivery, stakeholder

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading technical, cybersecurity, or identity-related projects in complex enterprise environments.
• DoD 8140 certification (Security+ CE or higher)
• Active Secret Clearance at minimum; Interim Secret Clearances are not allowed.
• US Citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for IGA initiatives including access lifecycle management, entitlement workflows, certification campaigns, and role governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams supporting IGA development, integration, testing, deployment, and operational readiness activities.
• Develop and manage project schedules, work breakdown structures, milestones, risks, dependencies, and communication plans.
• Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and ensure clear translation of mission needs into actionable tasks for engineering and cybersecurity teams.
• Provide consistent, timely updates to leadership, stakeholders, and mission partners on project health, risks, and progress.
