Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology seeks an ICAM Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) initiatives within a large enterprise ICAM environment, supporting the DoD ICAM mission.

This is a fully remote position requiring coordination of multi-team delivery, schedules, risks, and stakeholder communication to ensure project outcomes align with enterprise governance and modernization goals across engineering, cybersecurity, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing technical or cybersecurity projects.
• Active Secret clearance at minimum; interim Secret clearances not allowed.
• DoD 8140 certification (Security+ CE or higher).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for IGA initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams supporting IGA development, integration, testing, deployment, and operational readiness activities.
• Develop and manage project schedules, work breakdown structures, milestones, risks, dependencies, and communication plans.
• Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and translate mission needs into actionable tasks for engineering and cybersecurity teams.
• Ensure IGA solutions meet compliance, security, and operational requirements; coordinate with SMEs for alignment.
• Manage project intake, prioritization, and alignment with enterprise ICAM goals and capability roadmaps.
• Provide updates to leadership, stakeholders, and mission partners on project health, risks, and progress.
• Oversee documentation updates, process changes, training materials, and cutover activities for new IGA capabilities.
• Support onboarding of applications and mission partners into the enterprise IGA ecosystem.
• Identify gaps and collaborate with engineering teams on enhancements and continuous improvement.
