Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead Master Entitlement Record (MER) initiatives and Radiant Logic–based identity data management.

This fully remote role focuses on accurate aggregation, correlation, synchronization, and distribution of identity data across enterprise and mission environments. The role requires active Secret clearance, DoD 8140 certification, and 5+ years in complex identity/cyber projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5 years' experience minimum; additional 4 years may substitute for degree.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• DoW 8140 certification (Security+ CE or higher).
• 5+ years leading technical, cybersecurity, or identity projects in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of Radiant Logic / RadiantOne FID and identity data management.
• Experience with identity correlation, entitlement modeling, and lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead MER initiatives planning, execution, and delivery including identity aggregation and entitlement governance.
• Coordinate RadiantOne configurations, synchronization logic, and identity workflows across teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, risk registers, and communication plans.
• Facilitate requirement gathering with identity owners, data stewards, and mission partners to ensure MER accuracy.
• Oversee onboarding of authoritative data sources into the MER pipeline across environments.
• Support MER capabilities in DDIL environments where identity distribution is critical.
• Update artifacts, SOPs, and readiness materials aligned with MER capabilities.
• Provide timely leadership updates on schedule progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Identify governance gaps and coordinate resolutions with engineering and cybersecurity teams.
