Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks a senior ICAM Engineer to design, develop, and maintain identity services across enterprise, partner, and edge environments. The role emphasizes Radiant Logic RadiantOne and identity lifecycle management within a hybrid DoW ICAM mission.

The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, support JML processes, and help extend identity services to tactical users and edge computing, while adhering to Zero Trust principles and security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; an additional 4 years of experience can substitute for degree.
• Minimum active Secret clearance required.
• 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification required (Security+ CE or higher).
• 10+ years of IAM/ICAM experience in government or regulated environments.
• Strong experience with Radiant Logic or equivalent identity data management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain Radiant Logic RadiantOne FID solutions for DoW enterprise ICAM requirements.
• Develop and customize Radiant Logic components (workflows, rules, connectors, provisioning policies).
• Engineer solutions extending identity governance to mission partners, edge environments, and tactical users.
• Develop and maintain integrations between identity sources, directories, and downstream applications.
• Support JML processes, access requests, certifications, and entitlement management.
• Support SoD, access governance, and compliance monitoring initiatives.
• Design/support identity synchronization for disconnected, low-bandwidth environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to onboard applications and identity sources into ICAM ecosystems.
• Support Zero Trust and identity-centric security initiatives.
