Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) seeks an experienced ICAM Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of IGA programs within a large enterprise. The role supports the DoD ICAM mission, ensuring alignment to Zero Trust principles and secure, timely implementations.

The position is fully remote within the United States. You will coordinate multi‑team delivery, manage schedules and risks, and engage stakeholders to drive enterprise governance and modernization

Qualifications

• Active DoD security clearance required (Secret or higher).
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• DoD 8140 certification (Security+ CE or higher).

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end planning, execution, and delivery for IGA initiatives across enterprise ICAM.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams supporting IGA development, testing, deployment, and operations.
• Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and communications.
• Translate mission needs into actionable tasks for engineering and cybersecurity teams.
• Ensure IGA solutions meet compliance, security, and operational requirements; coordinate with SMEs.
• Manage project intake, prioritization, and alignment with ICAM goals.
• Provide updates on project health, risks, and progress to leadership and partners.
• Oversee documentation updates, training materials, and cutover activities for new capabilities.
