Machinify is a leading healthcare intelligence company hiring a Nurse Itemized Bill Reviewer (IBR Analyst). You will review facility insurance claims using the UB-04 and itemized statements, applying client policy and coding guidelines to determine whether charges are valid.

Qualifications

• Active RN, LPN, or LVN license in good standing.
• 1+ years in itemized bill review.
• 2+ years in healthcare billing and coding.
• Experience applying payer policies and CPT/ICD-9/10/HCPCS.
• Ability to research and verify billing and coding accuracy.
• Significant attention to detail and excellent written and verbal skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Review UB-04 and itemized statements to verify line-item charges.
• Verify accuracy of charges per client policy and industry standards.
• Validate automatic system denials and assist in processing.
• Recommend system enhancements to improve efficiency.
• Meet client turnaround times and maintain accuracy.
• Collaborate with Senior Analysts and internal groups.
