Qualifications

• Proven experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) or Forefront Identity Manager (FIM).
• Experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for IAM platforms and services.
• Investigate and resolve access and provisioning issues.
• Monitor synchronisation jobs and workflows.
