Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking an Identity and Access Management Security Engineer to join the SSO/Federation team. The role focuses on implementing and integrating IAM solutions such as OAM/OIM, Ping, Entra, and OAuth/SAML/SCIM integrations.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting access issues, maintaining IAM systems, and coordinating with IT teams and partners to ensure secure, compliant identity services across environments.

Qualifications

• 5 years of information security IAM engineering or systems analysis experience.
• 3 years with IAM concepts such as life cycle management, RBAC, authentication, authorization, MFA, SSO, cryptography.
• Experience with identity platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, OIM/OAM, Ping Identity, and secure protocols like SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM.

Responsibilities

• Develops, tests, implements, and integrates IAM systems and solutions.
• Troubleshoots IAM issues related to identities, access, and permissions; prioritizes resolutions.
• Maintains IAM systems and coordinates with IT and external partners on secure operations.
