Job summary

Alignerr is seeking an IAM Analyst to work on training AI systems with focus on identity and access management, SSO, and access control. This remote, hourly contract role supports AI research teams and enterprise security modeling.

You will analyze IAM scenarios, identify misconfigurations, and help train AI to recognize real-world security risks. Flexible hours (10–40/wk) and remote collaboration offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on IAM/SSO experience.
• Solid RBAC and least-privilege understanding.
• Experience with enterprise identity platforms.

Responsibilities

• Analyze IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios to identify weaknesses and misconfigurations.
• Classify permission issues, privilege escalation paths, and identity vulnerabilities.
• Review zero-trust models and evaluate access design decisions for risk.
• Generate and validate identity security data for AI training/evaluation.
• Provide structured feedback to help AI understand IAM risk propagation.
