Nortal is seeking an IAM Developer to design, implement, and optimize robust identity and access management solutions for US clients.

You will integrate directories, cloud environments, and third‑party apps, while configuring SSO, MFA, and federated protocols to strengthen security Join a global team focused on autonomy, flexible work, and professional growth, with a 100% remote model and LATAM collaboration opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on IAM experience with major platforms (Auth0, Okta, Keycloak, Cognito, Entra ID).
• Strong understanding of OAuth2, OIDC, and SSO.
• Solid backend/full‑stack experience (Java, .NET, or Node).
• Excellent communication in English for US clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable IAM solutions (provisioning, governance, access workflows).
• Integrate directories, cloud environments, and third‑party apps with IAM platform.
• Configure SSO, MFA, and federated protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth).
• Automate user lifecycles using code or low‑code tools.
• Enforce PoLP and RBAC across the enterprise.
• Collaborate with security, compliance, and infra teams.
