Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst to help train AI systems by simulating real-world identity risks and access-control failures.

This is a remote, hourly-contract role with flexible scheduling and a focus on practical security design. You will analyze IAM, SSO, and RBAC scenarios, classify permission issues, review zero-trust models, and generate realistic security narratives used to train and evaluate AI.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on IAM/SSO experience.
• Strong understanding of RBAC and least-privilege.
• Familiar with identity failures and attacker patterns.

Responsibilities

• Analyze IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios to identify weaknesses and misconfigurations.
• Classify permission issues and identity-related failures with structured reasoning.
• Review zero-trust models and access design decisions for correctness.
• Generate and validate realistic identity security scenarios to train AI systems.
• Provide clear, structured feedback that helps AI learn how IAM risk propagates.
