Job summary

GE Vernova Hydro Power is seeking a Lead Project Planner to define the planning approach and schedule strategy for complex projects. You will lead cross-functional alignment, drive advanced schedule analysis, and facilitate reviews with customers and partners to ensure contractual commitments are met.

You will mentor planners, oversee baseline development, and push planning standards across teams while supporting schedule-related change and delay evaluations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years planning and scheduling in EPC or similar complex projects.
• Advanced planning methodologies and Primavera P6 proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of schedules and baselines for complex projects.
• Define planning approach, strategy, and governance aligned with contract requirements.
• Drive baseline development, schedule risk identification, and mitigation plans.
• Mentor Planners and drive planning standards across teams.
• Support schedule-related change impact analyses and reviews with stakeholders.
