Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or related field with PE license eligibility.
• Minimum 10 years in civil hydraulics engineering with modeling experience.
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and client-facing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Hydraulics Engineering Manager and discipline lead for the hydraulics team.
• Mentor and develop staff, set goals, and support career growth.
• Manage workload, resources, schedules, and project priorities across multiple projects.
• Grow the hydraulics practice by pursuing opportunities and client relationships.
• Ensure technical quality, delivery, and adherence to standards.
• Collaborate with office leadership on staffing, forecasting, and growth.
• Oversee projects including scope, budget, and client communications.
• Provide technical leadership on 1D/2D hydraulic and surface water modeling.
