The ideal candidate has a strong background in brand management, 5+ years in related roles, and the ability to translate market trends into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in brand management or product marketing.
• Subject Matter Expert in Hydraulic Hose, Fittings and accessories.
• Ability to analyze market trends and sales data.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategies for private and exclusive brands.
• Lead pricing and product marketing initiatives to drive revenue.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to create compelling content.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects across North America.
• Build supplier relationships and oversee new supplier onboarding.
