Job summary

Fokker Services Group in Lagrange, GA is seeking a Product Manager – Hydraulics to define the global development agenda for new hydraulics capabilities and repair technologies. You will work with an experienced team and oversee the global hydraulics technology roadmap, guiding engineering and collaborating with Sales and Procurement on campaigns and cost-saving opportunities.

The role requires strong entrepreneurial drive, ability to communicate strategy, and deep knowledge of hydraulic systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in product management or related discipline.
• Strong analytical and data skills.

Responsibilities

• Define the global development agenda for new Hydraulics capabilities and repair technologies.
• Manage continuous improvement on the existing capability portfolio using lean principles.
• Identify or support sales campaigns with Sales to expand volume and revenue of Hydraulics capabilities.
• Initiate cost-saving opportunities with Procurement to enhance competitiveness.
• Perform technical data analyses on Hydraulics portfolio and set up measurements for BI at product level.
• Maintain the global capability portfolio from a commercial perspective.
