Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional business, technical, or college-level training preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in Trust Reconciliations or Trust Operations preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and standard software applications.
• Familiarity with securities processing and trust operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Document, analyze, and reconcile financial information to provide management and clients with accurate, timely data.
• Review transactions from custodial downloads, NSCC trading activity, and account reconciliation processes.
• Maintain data in the Portfolio Management System and document changes as needed.
• Investigate reconciliation discrepancies and determine appropriate resolution actions.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues to support client satisfaction.
• Collaborate across departments to promote teamwork and knowledge sharing.
• Develop understanding of internal systems to support research and data analysis.
