Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a contract Trust Data Reconciliation Analyst in Phoenix, AZ. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional business, technical, or college-level training preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in Trust Reconciliations or Trust Operations preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Excel required; understanding of VLOOKUPs, pivots, formulas.
• Basic understanding of AI tools helpful but not required.
• Fundamental understanding of retirement plans, benefit payments, and distribution processing.
• Basic knowledge of trust business operations, including accounting and tax reporting.

Responsibilities

• Document, analyze, and reconcile financial information to provide timely data to management and clients.
• Review transactions from custodial downloads, NSCC trading activity, and account reconciliation processes.
• Maintain data in the Portfolio Management System; document changes as needed.
• Investigate reconciliation exceptions, identify causes, and determine resolution actions.
• Research and respond to customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly.
• Develop and maintain cross-department relationships promoting collaboration.
• Build knowledge of the Portfolio Management System and procedures.
• Understand additional internal systems to support research and analysis.
