Job summary

The Agency seeks a Supervising Senior Auditor to take ownership of engagements, guide staff through fieldwork, and continue building leadership skills in a fast-paced, hands-on learning environment. You will oversee engagement execution, coach staff, and communicate with Directors/Managers across planning, scheduling, and client interactions to ensure deadlines are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; Active CPA License.
• 5-7 years of public accounting experience, including supervising or reviewing staff work.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate engagement execution, ensuring client expectations and deadlines are met.
• Supervise, coach, and review the work of staff and seniors, providing feedback for technical development.
• Communicate with Directors/Managers throughout engagements, including client communication, planning, and scheduling.
• Demonstrate urgency to complete work accurately, respecting internal and client deadlines.
