Banner Health in Scottsdale offers a Hybrid Administrative Medical Assistant role. You will support patients and families before and after check-in, coordinate tasks with RNs and physicians, and handle pre/post-appointment paperwork.

The position requires in-person training with remote work after onboarding, Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, a Banner-approved MA program, and the ability to obtain certification within a year.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; Banner-approved MA program.
• Uncertified MAs considered with up to 12 months to obtain certification.
• Active MA certification required within one year of hire.
• BLS certification required on hire.

Responsabilidades

• Perform administrative duties to support the care team and patient flow.
• Assist providers with exams and in-office procedures as needed.
• Use EHR and other resources to obtain medical information and coordinate care.
• Collaborate with care team to meet quality metrics and care gaps.
• Maintain clinical skills and participate in training and orientation.
