Responsibilities

• Manage non-complex medical and minor liability claims under supervision.
• Receive claims, confirm policy coverage, and acknowledge the claim.
• Determine validity and compensability of claims.
• Establish reserves and authorize payments within limits.
• Communicate status to customer, claimant and client.
• Follow client and carrier guidelines; participate in reviews.
• Collaborate with team on more complex cases as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
