Job summary

gpac is seeking Labor & Employment Associate Attorneys for its Los Angeles area offices (Woodland Hills and Hermosa Beach) with hybrid/remote options. The role welcomes 2+ years through senior and partner levels, offering direct client contact, meaningful case responsibility, and opportunities to work on diverse employment matters.

Candidates must have CA bar, JD from ABA-accredited school, strong writing and advocacy, and ability to work both independently and with a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Employment experience.
• Experience with discovery and motion practice; trial preparation/trial experience preferred.
• California Bar admission required.
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Exposure to FEHA, agency complaints, wage & hour, or related employment matters is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle Labor & Employment matters with direct client contact.
• Assist with discovery, motions, and trial preparation.
• Counsel and advise on employment compliance and audits.
• Collaborate with a supportive team in a flexible hybrid/remote setup.
