Job summary

Aon Affinity is seeking a Data Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise data products that enable growth, analytics, and AI-enabled decision-making across the business. You will serve as the link between stakeholders, product domains, data analysts, and engineering teams to ensure data is treated as a strategic business asset.

The role offers hybrid or virtual work aligned with Aon's Smart Working policy, with opportunities to shape data strategy and governance

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, data product management, analytics, or data strategy.
• Ability to translate business needs into data product requirements and roadmaps.
• Experience with data ecosystems, APIs, semantic models, SQL, and Python.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage enterprise data product roadmaps and investments.
• Collaborate with Growth, Payments, Servicing, Claims, and other areas to identify data opportunities.
• Translate needs into scalable data products including datasets, APIs, and AI-ready assets.
• Lead and coach analysts while aligning discovery, analytics, and delivery on a shared roadmap.
• Partner with Data Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Tech teams to deliver governed data solutions.
