Job summary

Aon Affinity seeks a Data Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise data products that enable growth, analytics, and AI-driven decisions across the business. This role can be virtual or hybrid, offering flexibility aligned with Aon’s Smart Working policy.

You will partner with business stakeholders, Data Analysts, Product Analysts, and Data Engineering teams to ensure data is managed as a strategic asset and to deliver scalable, governed data products that drive

Qualifications

5+ years in Product Management or Data Product roles with lifecycle ownership.
Experience translating business problems into measurable data products and roadmaps.
Knowledge of data ecosystems, analytics platforms, APIs, and governance.

Responsibilities

Define and manage data product roadmaps aligned to business goals.
Partner with Growth, Payments, Servicing, Claims to identify data opportunities.
Create data products: datasets, data services, APIs, semantic models.
Lead analysts, connect discovery, analytics, and engineering on roadmap.
Collaborate with Data Engineering, Security, and Tech teams on secure solutions.
Drive data quality, governance, privacy, and lineage practices.
Enable analytics, BI, AI, and automation with strong data foundations.
Measure adoption, outcomes, and ROI of enterprise data products.
