Insurance Office of America is seeking an Commercial Insurance Account Manager to manage an assigned book, deliver day-to-day client service, and support renewal efforts across our commercial portfolio.

The role offers progression from Account Manager to Senior Account Manager and Senior Account Executive, based on experience and licensing. A strong knowledge of insurance products and brokerage operations is essential.

Formación

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years of insurance industry experience.
• Active insurance license.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and brokerage operations.
• Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• CIC or equivalent designation preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to client service requests and inquiries.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, billing requests, and claims support.
• Conduct coverage analysis and assist clients with policy-related questions.
• Maintain positive client relationships through responsive service.
• Manage policy expirations and renewal timelines.
• Gather underwriting information and prepare renewal submissions.
• Support renewal marketing efforts and proposal development.
• Assist with account retention initiatives.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Ensure account documentation is accurate and complete.
• Monitor activity and suspense systems to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Assist with accounts receivable monitoring and collection efforts.
• Resolve billing and payment issues as needed.
