Penn State University’s Nutrient Management Education Program is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to maintain Excel-based planning tools (NMP, NBS, MMP) and lead their migration to a web platform. The role will coordinate with state agencies, PAOneStop, Extension, and university partners, and require strong programming and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 1+ years of relevant experience required.
• Strong computer programming and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently on complex and strategic assignments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Excel-based NMP, NBS, and MMP tools used statewide.
• Lead migration of tools to a web-based platform and act as a liaison between NMEP, PAOneStop, and partners.
• Manage projects with multiple organizations including DEP, PAOneStop, and USDA-NRCS.
